1. Processing Times

  • We’ll create something uniquely yours! Many of our items are made on demand as soon as you place an order, so they may take a little longer to reach you—but we think it’s worth the wait. By crafting each piece individually, we’re helping reduce overproduction and waste. Thank you for making a mindful choice with Deka Trends!
  • Orders are typically prepared and ready for shipment within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if available).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada

  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
  • Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): $15 for orders under $75.
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $25.

United States

  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
  • Standard Shipping (6-10 business days): $15 for orders under $75.
  • Express Shipping (3-4 business days): $25.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States only. For other locations, feel free to contact us at shop@dekatrends.com — we’d be happy to discuss options.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
