At Deka Trends, we are dedicated to ensuring you receive quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our return, exchange, and refund policy below for details on how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
We thoroughly inspect each piece before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at orders@delatrends.com. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll assist with a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Standard Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., face masks)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and some personal care items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at orders@delatrends.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order.
4. Refunds
- Approval & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Delayed or Missing Refunds: If your refund has not appeared after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. For further assistance, contact us at orders@delatrends.com.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email orders@delatrends.com. Exchanges depend on stock availability, and we may ask you to return the original item first.
6. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the returned item. If the item was sent to the purchaser, we’ll issue the refund to the original buyer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
